Opportunities Currently Available
Accompany a Mobile MARKet driver to help load, unload, and deliver groceries to neighbors. This role requires some lifting.
Help with minor repairs, upkeep, and other hands-on projects at Fisherman’s Mark campuses.
Help care for gardens, planters, and outdoor areas at Fisherman’s Mark campuses.
Seasonal and Occaisional Opportunities
Help us personally thank donors and community supporters by writing notes for special campaigns and mailings.
Help organize and distribute holiday meals to local individuals and families.
Sort, organize, and distribute gifts through our holiday assistance program.
Represent Fisherman’s Mark at community events by welcoming attendees and sharing basic information about our programs.
Help sort, pack, and distribute backpacks and school supplies to local students.
Assist with mailings, filing, organizing materials, data entry, answering phones, and other office projects as needed.
Opportunities with a Wait List
Help prepare meals using donated and rescued food through our Zero Waste partnership at HollyHedge Estate.
Help create a welcoming and respectful shopping experience for Free MARKet participants. Roles may include greeting shoppers, stocking shelves, organizing food, cleaning, and providing assistance while respecting participant privacy.
Help prepare and pack nutritious lunches for local children through our FLY program.
Specialized Opportunity
Support Lambertville Academy teachers and students in the classroom. Because this role involves working directly with children, volunteers must complete and interview, background check, and fingerprinting process.
