Lauren Polito

Lauren was raised in New Hope and earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh with a concentration in geriatrics. She has worked as a nursing home social worker and as a healthcare navigator for veterans experiencing homelessness.

At Fisherman’s Mark, Lauren leads our case management efforts with compassion and expertise, helping clients navigate complex challenges with dignity and support.

Outside the office, Lauren enjoys spending time with her husband, Adam, their son, Levi, and their two Boston Terriers, Rumor and Georgia. Her hobbies include gardening, exercise, and needlepoint.
