Lambertville Academy received the maximum possible documentation points in each of these categories, totaling 40 out of 40. As a NAEYC-accredited center using the Creative Curriculum, Lambertville Academy met the criteria for a 3-star rating without requiring an in-person observation, reflecting the strength and consistency of its systems and practices.

“This rating is a reflection of the passion and professionalism of our staff,” said Lisa Milisivana, Director of Lambertville Academy. “We take pride in the environment we’ve created—a place where children can grow, explore, and feel truly supported. To have that work recognized at the state level is incredibly meaningful to all of us.”
As a program of Fisherman’s Mark, Lambertville Academy is part of a larger mission to support the well-being of families throughout our region. From food support and social services to early childhood education, our work is rooted in compassion, equity, and long-term impact.

“We are so proud of the team at Lambertville Academy for this achievement,” said Jennifer Williford, Executive Director of Fisherman’s Mark. “This rating reflects our commitment to quality at every level—from classroom experience to family connection to staff development. It’s a true team effort and an exciting moment for our organization.”
Grow NJ Kids star ratings are valid for three years, and during that time, Lambertville Academy will continue engaging in the continuous quality improvement process that is central to the program. With quarterly reviews, professional development planning, and an ongoing commitment to best practices, the team is already looking ahead to the next phase of growth.
