FLY — Feeding Lambertville Youth

Tens of thousands of New Jersey children, many of them living right here in our community, rely on school meals to get the nutrition they need to be healthy, learn and thrive.

In the summer, these children lack access to those meals. Kids who receive free and reduced-price meals during the school year come from families already struggling to get by. When school’s out for the summer – and parents have more mouths to feed during the day – life gets even tougher, forcing many parents to choose between paying rent and utilities and buying food. Please partner with the City of Lambertville and Fisherman’s Mark Social Services to end summer hunger in our community by supporting FLY, the Feeding Lambertville Youth initiative.

For just three dollars per day, we can feed an at-risk child both breakfast and lunch. $150 to provide each child with two healthy meals per day- at no cost to the family- for the entire summer vacation. Please join us. Let’s make sure that all of our children have a fun, and food-filled summer vacation!
