On Monday evening, May 14th, the Board of Trustees of Fisherman’s Mark hosted an intimate Farm-to-Table fundraiser dinner at The Farm Cooking School; number 4 in the BYOBB (Bring Your Own Best Wine) dinner series. The weather was warm and sunny that evening, for a change, and guests were able to mingle on the beautiful grounds as they enjoyed appetizers, including Ian Knauer’s famous kiln-cooked flatbreads.
The sold-out dinner, created and prepared by chefs Shelley Wiseman and Ian Knauer, was a delectable treat, as always, and featured local, seasonal produce as the foundation of each dish. Thank you to our wonderful board and the community who attended, supporting Fisherman’s Mark. We are already working on our next Board event, this fall, BYOBB!
